Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

To start a return or refund, contact us at siattap@yahoo.com or via the contact page, providing your order number and photos if the issue is damage or defect. After approval, you’ll be given instructions for returning the item. You (the customer) are usually responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was wrong, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose an exchange or store credit if that is more convenient.

Customized, sale-final, or intimate items may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a clear defect.
