We process and ship orders from Siatta Jeans promptly. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, it is generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For U.S. orders, shipping time after dispatch is usually 2-7 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, shipping may take longer due to customs, duties, or local postal delays. Please keep in mind that import taxes or fees are your responsibility, and Siatta Jeans is not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers beyond our control.

All orders are packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
